New Delhi [India], October 12 (ANI): Prime Minister Modi congratulated the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) as it celebrates its 100th year and hailed the volunteers as an inspiration for the youth due to their resolve and dedication to the nation.
He said, “Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), dedicated to the service of the nation, is entering its 100th year today. My heartfelt congratulations and infinite best wishes to all the volunteers on this historic milestone of their uninterrupted journey. This resolve and dedication for Maa Bharati will inspire every generation of the country and will also fill new energy in realising ‘Developed India.'”

PM Modi also encouraged people to listen to the speech of Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat, adding, “Today, on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami, one must definitely listen to the speech of Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat ji.”
Earlier in the day, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, during his address, called for unity among Hindus, citing the example of Bangladesh, where he said that for the first time, Hindus united and took to the streets to protect themselves. Condemning the violence against Hindus in the neighbouring country, he warned that as long as radical violence persists, not just Hindus but all minorities will be in danger.
Addressing the annual Vijayadashami program held today, Bhagwat stated, “What is happening in Bangladesh is also a lesson for Hindus in India. What happened in our neighbouring Bangladesh might have some immediate reasons, and those concerned will discuss it. But the underlying issue is the repeated atrocities against Hindus.”
He emphasised, “For the first time, Hindus united to protect themselves, but as long as this radical violence persists, not just Hindus, but all minorities are in danger. They need support from Hindus from the entire world, and India’s government must step in.”
Bhagwat also warned against a growing narrative in Bangladesh that views India as a threat. He mentioned that discussions in Bangladesh suggest they must side with Pakistan because it possesses nuclear weapons, as they perceive a threat from India.
He said, “The country that received full support in its creation is now encouraging such a narrative against Bharat. We all know which countries are pushing such discussions and narratives; we don’t need to name them. Their wish is to create such conditions in India as well. Such industries are being run to stop India.”
The RSS Chief further emphasised the threats posed by “Deep State,” “Wokeism,” and “Cultural Marxists” to cultural traditions, stating that the destruction of values and traditions is a part of the modus operandi of this group.
“Words like ‘Deep State,’ ‘Wokeism,’ and ‘Cultural Marxism’ are in discussion these days. Infact, they are the declared enemies of all cultural traditions. Complete destruction of values, traditions, and whatever is considered virtuous and auspicious is part of the modus operandi of this group. The first step of this modus operandi is to bring the mind-shaping systems and institutions of society under one’s influence–for example, the education system, educational institutions, media, and intellectual discourse–and to destroy the thoughts, values, and beliefs of society through them,” Bhagwat said.
The RSS Chief added, “In a society living together, an identity-based group is motivated to separate based on its actual or artificially created speciality, demand, need, or problem. A feeling of victimhood is created in them. By fanning discontent, that element is pulled apart from the rest of society and made aggressive against the system. Direct conflicts are created by finding fault lines in society. An atmosphere of anarchy and fear is created by intensifying distrust and hatred towards the system, laws, governance, and administration. This makes it easy to establish one’s dominance over that country.” (ANI)
