New Delhi [India], August 25 (ANI): Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma heaped praise on Prime Minister Narendra Modi after the 113th episode of his monthly radio address, ‘Mann Ki Baat,’ and said that he wished to extend his greetings to PM Modi for taking steps to empower the youth.
CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said, “I listened to PM Modi’s Mann ki Baat in Jharkhand with my Adivasi brothers. It was a good feeling. PM Modi spoke about preserving hoolock gibbon in Barekuri village in Tinsukia district. The biggest thing PM Modi spoke about was that of Space, and from start-up to satellite launch, border protection and farmers’ upliftment. Mann ki Baat is extremely energising for youth. I wish to thank the PM for taking steps to empower the youth.”
Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also expressed happiness that ‘Best from Waste’ created in tribal region Jhabua, was mentioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his popular radio show.
CM Mohan Yadav said, “I am happy that PM Modi has created a different stream by connecting with the whole country in the Mann Ki Baat program. Ever since he became the Prime Minister, he has been continuously expressing his views. ‘Best from Waste’ has been created in our tribal region Jhabua, which has also been mentioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Congratulations to the people of Jhabua on my behalf. Indore has bagged the cleanest city award for the seventh year in a row.”
Meanwhile, BJP MP Kamaljeet Sehrawat said that PM Modi spoke about the issues that affect people on the grassroots level.
Kamaljeet Sehrawat said, “PM Modi spoke about the issues that affect people on the grassroots level and also have an impact on the people. I also met the chiefs of the slums areas in Dwarka sector. It is surprising that here two Mohalla clinics were opened, but they were closed after rent was not paid. There is several civic issues here like water and filth. This area has MLA from AAP but we will try to solve their problems.”
In the 113th episode of his monthly radio address, ‘Mann Ki Baat,’ Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday praised the advancements in India’s space sector, saying that the youth of the country have benefited a lot from space sector reforms.
PM Modi also emphasised the significance of the recent National Space Day celebration on August 23.
“A lot is happening in 21st-century India, which is strengthening the foundation of Viksit Bharat. For example, on August 23, all the countrymen celebrated the first National Space Day. Once again, you all must have celebrated the success of Chandrayaan-3. Last year, on this day, Chandrayaan-3 landed at the Shiv-Shakti point on the moon’s southern hemisphere, making India the first country to achieve this feat,” PM Modi said. (ANI)
